Hi there, mom boss…

Ready to Get to Good Enough?

How it works:

Complete a short workbook and then hop on the phone for a 45-minute call with me (with time for Q&A at the end).

At the end of our call, you’ll leave with:
1. At least one concrete step you can take to rebalance your work-life balance,
2. A clearer understanding of your own expectations, and
3. A tool to help you keep your energy focused on the things that matter most.

What Clients are saying…

Or Maybe “Enough” needs a little more TLC…

Don’t fret! Remember, Everything is Figureoutable.

But here’s the thing. Parenting and leadership are both really complex topics that touch on the very core of who you are. Sometimes you know exactly what you want and who you want to be, but don’t know how to get started or override an initial impulse.

That’s why I designed a 3-step process to break it down into manageable pieces. I’ll be here with you every step of the way.

Step 1: Find your inner peace : Weeks 1-6

We’ll start by looking at why you’re struggling to find and maintain balance.

Maybe you’re telling yourself you’re not doing enough in one area of your life or another. Or, you have this  “go-go-go” feeling from the time you wake up that leaves you ready to collapse at the end of the day.

Maybe your “to-do” list makes it tough to fall asleep each night. By introducing new techniques to stay present–even in stressful situations!–and daily app-guided practice, you’ll build a foundation for inner peace and self-compassion.

We’ll meet for 30 minutes each week during Step 1 to ensure you have the support you need as you build new habits.

Step 2: Define your favorite balance: Sessions 7-11  (approx.)

We’ll take a deep dive  into the many hats you wear (mom, boss, partner, etc) and define what YOU want your ideal balance between them to look like.

Maybe right now you’re wondering why work projects are energizing, but every evening you’re counting down the minutes until bedtime, and you want that to shift. Or, comparison to other moms who seem to have it all on Instagram is leaving you feeling defeated.

Maybe your home life is where you come most alive, but work feels both necessary and draining. At the end of this step, you’ll be confident about the commitments you’d like to make to be able to structure your life in ways that allow you to show up as a loving, present mom at home and a confident, capable leader at work.

We’ll spend 1-2 one-hour sessions on each of your hats (4-5 sessions total) and meet every other week during Step 2.

Step 3: Transform Balance to Equilibrium: Sessions 12-14 (approx.)

In this step, we’ll start fitting the pieces together and look at what needs to be in place to support the work-life balance you want.

Maybe you need to leave work on time so you can enjoy time with your family, but you struggle to say “no” when last-minute emergencies need your attention.

We’ll expand on your commitments and expectations and shore up your boundary-setting and communication skills in ways that honor who you are and who you’d like to be.

Imagine…you’ll navigate motherhood and leadership with a sense of steadiness from the moment you wake up to the time you rest your head on your pillow, no matter what the day brings! Most importantly, you’ll have the tools to maintain and modify this balance so that you can bring your whole self to parenting and leadership, no matter the season you’re in.

Feels pretty great, right?

We’ll meet every other week for a total of 2 one-hour sessions and end with a 90-minute capstone session to integrate all the work you’ve done throughout the program.
